I'm an out-of-state owner tired of the hassle, but willing to provide owner financing with 15-20% down (or sell outright). It has provided a huge tax shelter for us, and the area is rapidly improving, but I`m worn out with the tenant headaches.
Rents are $625/unit. Taxes for 2007 were $4,202 and Insurance was $1,625. One unit recently remodeled.
